  • • 1 fresh tomato;

  • • 2 onions;

  • • 40-50 g of butter;

  • • half a glass of steamed rice;

Cut the fourth part of the cabbage head with a knife into thin strips, if a chopping knife is found in the kitchen inventory, the process of slicing the cabbage will be faster, and the cabbage straw will be more accurate and thinner. Place all shredded cabbage in a pan.

Peel the peel from the carrots with a vegetable peeler, cut it with "cubes", put in a saucepan to the cabbage. Pour the chopped vegetables with cold water (displacement at your discretion), put on fire (medium) and wait until the liquid boils.

Scalp a large meaty tomato with boiling water and peel it off; before that, cross-cut incisions should be made on the tomato from two opposite sides. After this procedure, the skin should move without problems. Cut the pulp of the tomato into cubes.

Cut peeled potato tubers, like carrots, into small cubes, put in a colander, and rinse out the starch that has escaped under a stream of cool water.

While the vegetables are boiling, toss a piece of butter on a preheated pan, then add chopped onion, fry until it becomes soft.

Then pour steamed rice into the pan. Before laying it is recommended to keep it in water for some time (this applies to any kind of rice). Stir with vegetables and darken for several minutes, turn off the heat.

Pour the contents of the pan into a pan with future soup, salt. Cook the dish until cereals and vegetables are ready. In a bowl, the soup can be seasoned with pepper and herbs.
