You will need
- -1 tbsp. (250 ml) boiled beans
- -150 g of minced meat (at your choice - chicken, beef, pork or mixed)
- -1 chicken egg
- 1/2 head of onion
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -1 tbsp. l with a slice of chopped oatmeal (for breading)
- - seasoning to taste

Soak the beans in cold water for a couple of hours and then cook in unsalted water until tender. Cool with a blender.

Grind beans, minced meat and oatmeal, combining them with seasonings, finely chopped onions and garlic. Drive the egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Leave alone for 15 minutes.

Pour a bowl of oatmeal breading (or a ready-made one) into a bowl and, with wet hands forming small balls of minced meat, roll them in a breading, flattened so that they look like cutlets that are used in hamburgers.

Fry our patties in a hot skillet until golden brown, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for another 3 minutes.
