  • - rum or cognac 150 ml;

  • - strawberry 5 pcs.;

  • - apple 1 pc.;

  • - banana 1 pc.;

  • - wild berries 50 g;

  • - whipped cream;

  • - jelly 1 sachet.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Then gently mix the yolks with proteins, add flour. Pour the resulting dough into a mold. Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cool the finished biscuit, cut into small cubes. Pour the biscuit slices with brandy or rum. leave for 30 minutes. Then put them in a bowl.

Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into small pieces. Peel a banana, cut into thin circles. Wash the berries thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, mix apples and wild berries with whipped cream. Spread the creamy-berry filling on top of the biscuit slices. Next, carefully lay out the circles of bananas.

Cook jelly according to the instructions. Pour the jelly on top of the bananas. Leave the bowls for 1.5 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, decorate the dessert with strawberries.

As a fruit filling, you can use any fruit. It can be peaches, raspberries, pears, cherries, plums and others. Pick jelly according to fruit taste.
