You will need
- For the basics:
- - 200 g wafers with chocolate-nut cream;
- - 50 g of butter, icing sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water.
- For filling:
- - 250 g of mascarpone;
- - 100 g of chocolate-nut paste;
- - 100 ml of Greek yogurt;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar.
Instruction manual
1
Put the waffles, butter, powdered sugar in a blender bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of plain water. Grind until a malleable dough forms from which to form a ball.
2
Cover the form with parchment, form from paper and small borders. Put the ball from the dough into the mold, press with your hands, distributing along the bottom. Bake the cheesecake base at an oven temperature of 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Next, the base must be cooled.
3
Mascarpone cheese mix with Greek yogurt and sugar. You should get a homogeneous mixture. Put this cream on the cake, smooth on its surface. Put chocolate-nut paste on top of the cream. If your pasta is too thick, then it should be held for a couple of minutes in a water bath or put in the microwave for half a minute.
4
Place the waffle-based cheesecake with mascarpone in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, keep the cheesecake at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Serve dessert with tea or coffee.
note
It takes less than an hour of free time to cook such a tasty treat: the cheesecake is prepared in 25 minutes, then it needs to cool in the refrigerator.
