You will need
- - peeled shrimp 200 g;
- - garlic 6 cloves;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - jalapeno or chili pepper 1 pc.;
- - white wine 100 ml;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - flour 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - cream 50 ml;
- - fish fillet 100 g;
- - avocado 1 pc.;
- - lime 1 pc.;
- - green onion 50 g;
- - salt.

To make shrimp broth? Heat a small amount of oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add the peeled shrimp, onions, garlic and jalapenos and fry frequently, stirring occasionally. Cook until the ingredients are soft, about 5 minutes.

Add wine to the pan and stir until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes. Then strain the broth.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the flour and stir constantly for 1 minute. Gently pour the shrimp broth, stirring with a whisk. Add milk, salt and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add shrimp and fish fillet. Reduce heat and cook until fish is cooked. Remove the pan from the heat. Add green onions and chopped avocado to each serving, garnish with a wedge of lime.
