  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;

  • - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;

  • - 10 pieces. cherry (for decoration);

  • - 6 branches of greenery (for decoration);

  • - 1 clove of garlic (for garnish);

Prepare the filling for brizole. Chop onion finely and fry in butter. Add chopped champignons and sauté. Mix sour cream with flour, salt and add to the mushroom mixture. Simmer until the mass thickens, remove from heat.

Make a brizoli. Cut the meat and grind it in the processor or in a meat grinder with a fine grill. Add the egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Divide the minced meat into 5 parts and form balls. Put a meat ball between two sheets of cling film and roll it with a rolling pin.

Thus, roll all five pieces of minced meat into flat cakes with a diameter of 15-17 cm. Beat the remaining eggs, pour in milk (water can be). After pouring part of the egg mass into a flat plate, put the meat cake on top, freeing it from cellophane.

Transfer the meat cake with a sliding motion to a preheated pan with oil and fry on both sides. Fry all the other cakes. Fold in half hot cakes. Start the bisoli with mushroom filling.

Prepare a side dish. After cutting off the ends of the zucchini, chop them along the peeler onto thin ribbons. Salt, sliced ​​zucchini. Sauté the garlic over medium heat lightly in sunflower oil, remove it and, increasing the heat to the maximum level, put the squash. Fry the zucchini, stirring for about 2 minutes, until tucked. After removing from heat, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with greens and cherry.
