Potato roll with corn
Sauté finely chopped onion over low heat under a lid. Cook and crush 0.5 kg of peeled potatoes into a smoothie. Add raw egg, sautéed onion, salt to taste and mix well. Spread the potato mass on a clean, damp towel with a layer of 1.5-2 cm. Put the minced meat in the middle, wrap it in a roll with a towel and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Lubricate the roll with sour cream mixed with flour, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a hot oven.

Boil the corn and separate the grains - 150 g of boiled grains will be required. Grate carrots and fry over low heat under a lid. When the carrots become soft, add 60 g chopped green onions, boiled corn kernels and lightly fry them all together. Put a raw egg, salt to taste and mix everything.
