- - 600 ml of milk;
- - 400 g flour;

- - 250 g of hard cheese;
- - 30 g of greens.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Whisk the yolks with sugar and salt, then combine with refined olive oil.

Pour in 300 ml of milk gradually and add flour.

With the remaining milk, dilute the dough so that there are no lumps.

Beat whites and mix with the dough.

Then bake pancakes in refined olive oil.

Distribute the resulting filling into pancakes and fold each of them four times.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, place the pancakes on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
