  • - 100 ml of milk;

  • - 50 ml of olive oil;

  • - 200 ml cream;

  • - 150 ml of water;

  • - 200 ml of white wine (dry);

  • - 500 g of fresh champignons;

  • - 300 g of onion;

  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;

  • - salt, nutmeg, black pepper - to taste

  • - 20 g of dill.

Peel the onion and garlic, wash. Onion cut into cubes or quarter rings. Cut the garlic into thin slices, mix with the onion and fry until golden brown, in olive oil.

Wash and cut the mushrooms into large slices. Add to the roasted garlic and onions. Season with nutmeg, salt and black pepper. Mix.

Pour dry white wine into a saucepan, place over high heat and bring to a boil. Then add water and wait again until it boils. After, cover and continue cooking over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add cream, milk and cooked mushrooms to the prepared liquid. Stir. As soon as the soup begins to boil, remove from the stove. Add finely chopped dill. Served soup to the table with breadcrumbs (croutons).
