Cooking dough. Separate the whites from the yolks. Combine 50 g of sugar and yolk. Put the yolks with sugar in a water bath, heat until the mixture begins to thicken. The yolks must be stirred all the time. Cool the yolks.

Beat the whites to a thick foam, add a couple of drops of lemon. Mix protein foam with sugar (50 g). Combine the proteins with the yolks, mix gently.

Melt the butter. Pour flour, oil into the egg mixture, mix with a mixer. The dough is ready.
