All calories burned up quickly, without provoking the accumulation of extra pounds. In addition, such a vitamin charge provides an excellent mood and high performance throughout the day. The dish is prepared in just a few minutes. Breakfast smoothie recipes can be found in cookbooks, but you can think of them yourself by choosing and combining your favorite fruits.

Banana smoothie

The easiest option for a light and nutritious breakfast. Sweet bananas add softness and richness to the drink. For contrast, it is worth adding an acidic component - for example, juicy kiwi.

Peel a large ripe banana, break it into pieces and put in a blender. Add sliced ​​kiwi without peel, pour 100 ml of nonfat yogurt. For those who prefer a sweeter drink, you can flavor a mixture of 1 tsp. liquid honey. Beat everything until completely homogeneous and pour into glasses. Serve with a thick straw.

Berry smoothie

In winter or spring, such a dessert is prepared on the basis of frozen berries. Components can be varied to taste.
