  • • Minced meat (beef, pork and turkey meat) - 700 g;

  • • Carrots –1 pcs;

  • • Onion - 1 pc;

  • • Garlic in cloves - 2 pcs;

  • • Chicken egg - 3 pcs;

  • • Cheese - 100 g;

  • • Sour cream - 100 g;

  • • Natural yogurt without additives - 80 g;

  • • Spices, pepper and salt - to taste;

  • • Water with gas (mineral) - 2 l;

  • • Olive oil.

Peel, rinse and grate the carrots. Fold in a small transparent bowl.

Add finely grated carrots to the prepared meat and mix. Carrots should be evenly distributed over the entire mass of minced meat. Leave the minced meat with carrots for ten minutes to “breathe”.

Peel off the husks of onions and cut off damaged areas. Wash it and chop it with a knife. Be sure to cut, and not scroll through a meat grinder. Peel the garlic, chop with garlic gum. Add garlic and onions to the minced meat.

Stir the minced meat so that the onions and garlic are evenly distributed on it. Add eggs, spices (including salt and pepper) to the minced meat. Stuffing minced meat without the use of electrical appliances, using a regular spoon and hands with the addition of cold water.

Boil mineral water with gas in a saucepan. While the water is boiling, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Put cauliflower inflorescences in boiling water and cook them for 20 minutes.

Prepare a baking dish and oven where it is planned to cook this dish. Preheat the oven, bringing the temperature in it to 220 degrees. Pour a little olive oil into a mold with a ceramic bottom and removable side walls. Shake the mold a little so that the oil spreads over its entire bottom. Put minced meat in it.

Put the boiled cabbage inflorescences on top of the minced meat, gently squeezing them. Cabbage inflorescences should be arranged evenly over the entire area of ​​the meat.

Mix sour cream with yogurt and grated cheese. Beat this mixture with a blender. Spread minced meat with cauliflower in the resulting sauce. Put the prepared casserole in the oven. Bake 55 minutes.
