Products for baked lamb:

• 600 g of mutton, • 4 cloves of garlic, • 90 ml of vegetable oil, • 1 tablespoon of dried mint seasoning, • black pepper, • salt.

Cooking

Cut the lamb into steaks. Cooking seasoning for meat. Grind the cloves of garlic. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, garlic, dried mint. Add ground pepper. Salt. Grease the lamb steaks with the seasoning cooked. Put the steaks in the mold by wrapping them in foil. Put the mold in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Bake steaks for half an hour in foil. Then open the oven and open the foil. After that, bake lamb for 25 minutes.
