Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef ribs;

  • 5 g hot chili sauce;

  • 50 g of any liquid honey;

  • 50 g of mustard;

  • 40 g of soy sauce;

  • 3-4 garlic cloves;

  • half a lemon;

  • 40 g of spices (paprika, a mixture of peppers, coriander).

Cooking:

  1. Cut ribs into small pieces. Rinse well under running water, removing small fragments of bones. Dry with a towel and set aside.

  2. Pour honey into a small bowl and add mustard, mix. Pour in soy sauce, chili sauce, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Squeezed lemon do not throw out. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater (in the amount of one tablespoon) and add to the same bowl. Pour in a mixture of spices.

  3. Grind the peeled garlic cloves through a garlic press or grate finely, add to the rest of the ingredients. Thoroughly mix the entire consistency in the container until smooth.

  4. Pour the resulting mass on the ribs, mix and refrigerate for 2 hours. From time to time, the ribs should be turned over and sprinkled with mustard-honey sauce, which has gone down to the bottom of the bowl.

  5. After the time has passed, remove the ribs from the refrigerator and transfer to a bag (sleeve) for baking.

  6. Preheat the oven (inside temperature - 200 °), then put a baking sheet with a bag there, the ribs will be cooked for 1 hour. After a while, reduce the oven temperature to 150 degrees and wait another 30 minutes, after which the dish will be completely ready.
