  • • Sweet cream butter - 50 g + 100 g;

  • • Fine salt - 12 g;

  • • Sugar sand - 15 g;

  • • Ground black pepper (or red) - 10 g;

  • • Bottled and carbonated mineral water - 1.5 l.

To disassemble the whole head of cabbage into separate inflorescences, having previously cleaned it of leaves and tufts. Wash all inflorescences. Remove the sore spots and put the cabbage in a saucepan with mineral sparkling water.

Boil them for 20 minutes over very low heat, but only after the water boils. When the cabbage becomes soft, it should be transferred to a glass bowl so that it cools.

Wash and peel sweet Bulgarian pepper from seeds and tails. Cut it into small strips. Wash and cut the tomatoes in small pieces. Peel the tomatoes should not be removed. Coarsely grate cheese.

In a deep special bowl for whipping, collect salt, eggs, milk, granulated sugar and grated cheese. Beat with a blender all listed products into a homogeneous mixture.

Transfer half of the total number of cauliflower inflorescences into the prepared and coated with sweet cream butter (50 g) form, spreading it evenly in a single layer.

On a cauliflower, put evenly sliced ​​tomatoes and straws of sweet pepper. On tomatoes with pepper - an even layer of the remaining cauliflower.

Sweet butter (the remaining 100 g) is divided into ten equal pieces and put them on top of cauliflower. Pour the beaten milk-egg mixture with additives into the contents of the form.

In a previously prepared and warmed up to 210 degrees oven put a form with vegetables.

Bake until cooked (approximately 25 minutes). A wonderful golden crust should form on the surface of the dish. Baked cauliflower is served in the form in which they are baked or on serving plates.
