Ingredients:

  • Frozen Shrimp - 400 g;

  • Smoked herring or mackerel - 6 pcs.;

  • Egg (large) - 3 pcs;

  • Dill - a large bunch;

  • Parsley - a large bunch;

  • Green onion feathers - 200 g;

  • Grass salt;

  • Black pepper;

  • Lemon - 1 pc;

  • Butter - 75 g;

  • Gin or Brandy - 50 g.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare the fillet from fish, for this it must be washed, remove the skin and bones. Cut the fish fillet into very small pieces.

  2. Take a pot filled with water, which must be salted and boiled. Dip the shrimp in water and boil them for 5-7 minutes. Cool boiled shrimp and peel. Cut peeled shrimp into large slices.

  3. Hard-boiled eggs, then cool them and peel them. Grind the protein and yolk on a grater with a medium nozzle. Chop the peeled onions very finely. Grind washed dill, parsley, green onion feathers.

  4. Mix fish, eggs and onions. Add chopped chives, dill and parsley. Mix the pepper. Season to taste with a small amount of a mixture of herbs and salt.

  5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and mix it with butter. Heat this mixture in a saucepan, place eggs and fish mixture in it. Cover the mixture with a lid and cook, the main thing is that the mass does not boil. When stirring, add brandy or gin to the mass. Remove from heat and put shredded shrimp into the mixture. If the dish seems too dry, you can add a little more melted butter or lemon juice.

  6. Divide the mixture into heat-resistant dishes and preheat in the oven over low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with washed and dried sprigs of dill. Serve a dish with sour cream and sandwiches with butter, beer is the best beer.
