You will need

  • - 500 ml of milk;

  • - 140 g of sugar;

  • - 70 g of raisins;

  • - 70 g of semolina;

  • - 70 g butter;

  • - 4 eggs;

  • - 3 apples;

  • - lemon juice, powdered sugar.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse apples, wipe dry with a towel, brush with melted butter, roll in sugar. Put the prepared apples in a baking dish, put in the oven for 25 minutes, let them bake at 170 degrees.

2

Make a souffle. To do this, boil milk, add 60 g of sugar, semolina, raisins. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring slowly. Pour the milk into a large bowl. Cooling is not required.

3

Separate the yolks from the proteins, add the yolks to the semolina mixture. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar and lemon juice - you get a strong foam. Enter the proteins, mix gently.

4

Transfer the mixture into three small tins or one large form, dip the baked apples there. Sprinkle with powdered sugar immediately.

5

Cook the apples in a semolina souffle for another 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. Serve hot right in the tins.
