Chowder is a special fish soup that, with its taste and aroma, not only arouses appetite, but also cheers you up. There are many recipes for this dish. If you want to make a tasty and unusual ear, try adding eggs and oranges to the usual list of ingredients.

- - 1 zander;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 500 g of potatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 orange;
- - a bunch of parsley and dill;
- - Bay leaf;
- - 1/3 of the celery stalk;
- - salt to taste.

Gut the pike and zander. To prepare this dish you will need carcasses of fish weighing no more than 500 g. Cut the fish fillet into portioned portions. Do not make them too small.

Place the fins, heads and tails in a pan and pour 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and remove the resulting foam.

Peel the onion and carrot. Wash them and celery, then add to the pan with fish. Pre-cut them do not need. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Remove fins, heads, tails and vegetables from the pan. Strain the broth. Then put back in the pan and bring to a boil. Salt to taste.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Put the vegetable in a pot of broth. After 5 minutes, place the pieces of fish there. Bring fish to readiness.

Send eggs to the pan. First break them over the bowl so that shell fragments do not accidentally hit the ear. After adding the eggs, immediately mix them in the ear.

Remove the pan from the stove. Put chopped dill and parsley in your ear, add a bay leaf. Then cut the orange into thin circles. Do not peel the fruit beforehand, just rinse it thoroughly. Put the orange in your ear and cover the pan with a lid. Dip the soup for 20 minutes and then serve.
