The active cooking time is 20 minutes. However, keep in mind that it is advisable to spend the dessert in the refrigerator overnight, so you need to cook it in advance. This is very convenient in case of organizing a holiday, when on the day of the event you do not have much free time, you simply decorate the finished dessert and serve it on the table.

We will need:

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g

  • Flour - 3 tbsp. spoons

  • Bananas - 5 pcs. (3 to the dough and 2 to decorate)

  • Sour cream - 150 g

  • Eggs - 3 pcs.

  • Sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons

  • Salt - a pinch

  • Chocolate icing - optional

Cooking method:

  1. First, turn on the oven at a temperature of 150-160 degrees.

  2. Three bananas are peeled and chopped in a blender until smooth.

  3. Add cottage cheese to the blender and mix thoroughly again.

  4. Add sugar salt and flour, beat well. There should be a homogeneous mass without lumps.

  5. Add eggs and sour cream, beat well.

  6. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and bake in the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees for 1 hour - 1 hour 10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.

  7. Before serving, decorate with bananas, cut into circles and optionally, pour with chocolate icing.

Chocolate Glaze Recipe

In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. tablespoon butter, 2 cups icing sugar (preferably sifted) and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder. Optionally, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Gradually add milk, stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
