Cut off the top crust of the buns and take out the flesh, being careful not to touch the walls. Beat powdered sugar, sugar and egg. Add starch, raisins and cottage cheese. Finely crush the flesh from the buns and mix it with the curd mass.

Fill the cottage cheese in the buns so that the cottage cheese appears in the form of small knolls. Wrap the buns in foil without covering the top.

Preheat the oven to 200oC, place the buns on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until bright browning.
