Beetroot Salad with Prunes

Ingredients:

  • beets - 2 pcs.;

  • garlic - 2 cloves;

  • prunes - 5-10 pcs.;

Boil beets for 40-60 minutes, depending on size. Pour prunes with cool water for 10-20 minutes, it is better not to take dried fruits that are too dry.

Cut the cooled beets into oblong cubes or rub on a coarse grater. Cut prunes into strips, mix with beets.

Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice and dry ingredients. Season the salad.

When serving, you can add greens.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 200 g;

  • hard cheese - 100 g;

  • canned pineapples - 300 g;

  • dill - 15 g;

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • sour cream - 200 g;

  • garlic - 1 clove;

  • canned corn - 1 can;

  • salt pepper.

Equipment: stove, pan, garlic squeezer, knife, cutting board.

Boil chicken breast by adding peppercorns to the broth. Cut the finished chicken along the fibers, cut into pieces. Pineapples cut into cubes. Boil eggs, chop. Mix all the ingredients.

In a bowl, mix sour cream and crushed garlic, salt. Pour salad with this sauce, sprinkle with cheese and dill on top.
