Knead the biscuit dough. To do this, beat the whites to a thick white foam, add sugar there, slowly pour in the flour and mix until smooth.

The resulting dough is sent to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

We prepare the cream: beat the cream with sugar with a mixer, add sour cream, cottage cheese to them and mix everything well. We prepare a solution of gelatin and pour it into the bulk.

Then we take out the cake from the oven, cool it, soak it with cold syrup and put it in a mold with a detachable bottom. Pour sour cream curd mass on top of the cake and send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Beat the cream and coat them with the top and sides of the cake. We decorate the top of the product with daisies of their icing sugar and sprinkle with colored coconut flakes.
