You will need

  • For biscuit:

  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;

  • - 100 g butter;

  • - 3 eggs;

  • - 100 g of granulated sugar;

  • - 250 g of flour;

  • - 1 teaspoon of baking powder;

  • For cream:

  • - 50 g of dark chocolate;

  • - 1 can of condensed milk;

  • - 400 g of butter;

  • - 70 g chopped nuts.

Instruction manual

1

Break the chocolate, cut the butter into cubes and melt together in a hot water bath. Allow to cool.

2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Beat egg yolks with granulated sugar. Sift flour with baking powder on top. Beat egg whites, put on the resulting mass and quickly knead the dough. Transfer to a mold lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Cut the cooled biscuit into 3 cakes (more can be done).

3

For cream, melt the chocolate in a hot water bath along with 30 g of butter. Whip the condensed milk with the remaining soft butter, set aside 6 tablespoons of the resulting cream. In most of the cream, add nuts, chocolate mass and beat. With the resulting dark cream, coat the cakes, cover the top and sides of the cake. Garnish the cake with white cream and put in the cold for 2 hours.

Bon Appetit!
