For drying, choose fruits of bright orange color with a thin core.
1. After removing the tails and the upper part of the roots, wash thoroughly, blanch in salted boiling water for 10-15 minutes, cool with cold water, cut into 3-4 mm thick circles or straws, lay on a sieve and dry in an oven at a temperature of 75-80 degrees 5- 6 o'clock. At the end of drying, the temperature must be reduced to 60-65 degrees.
2. Thoroughly washed vegetables are chopped or cut into thin circles, placed on a sieve, tinned for some time in the air, and then placed in an oven heated to 70-75 degrees, and the door should be ajar at first. Drying time: 5-6 hours.
