- cocoa powder - 6 tablespoons,

Turn on the oven, let it heat to 160 degrees. Prepare a cake pan, grease it with butter, sprinkle flour on top.

Wash the eggs, divide into squirrels and yolks in different containers. Drive in the whites, add vinegar during whipping. Mass should increase three times.

Add a tablespoon of plain water and sugar to the yolks. Beat the composition with a mixer. Melt the butter, cool it a little. In the whipped yolks, add oil, salt and vanilla essence. Continue whipping, gradually adding cocoa powder with flour. They can be combined in advance. Heat the milk to a warm state, pour it into the egg mass, mix.

Introduce the whipped proteins to the peaks into the main composition of the dough carefully. After mixing everything, drain the dough into a mold. Place it in the oven, bake for an hour.

The finished cake may turn out to be a little liquid in the middle. Cool the “magic” chocolate cake, then slice.
