Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a steam bath. When it melts, pour in the cream and mix thoroughly.

Pour oatmeal flakes with a small amount of boiling water so that they swell quite a bit.

Put oatmeal in the chocolate melted with cream, mix until smooth, add almond syrup, cook for 6 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly and gradually introduce the mascarpone there. There, throw washed raisins and dried on a towel raisins or chopped nuts, mix.
