Sandwich salad served between slices of bread, it can be prepared from available products. It is prepared very quickly and simply. The ingredients indicated in this recipe are optional - you can add whatever your heart desires.

- -8 slices of bread for toast
- -40 g butter
- -1 head of roman salad
- -1 red onion
- -2 eggs
- -40 g of hard cheese (e.g. emmental)

Dry the slices of bread in a toaster or in the oven. Spread with butter. Slices can also be greased with mayonnaise or mustard.

Wash, dry and lettuce leaves in small pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Put prepared ingredients on four slices of bread and pepper. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, gently squeeze.
Cut each sandwich diagonally into two halves.
