If you have never tried fried tofu, then this recipe is for you! This salad mixes mash sprouts with fried tofu, sesame seeds and spices. For a more satisfying version of the salad, it is recommended to add boiled rice to it.

- For salad:
- - 200 g of tofu;
- - 150 g of mung bean sprouts (Masha sprouts);
- - 1 bunch of green salad;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of potato starch;
- - sesame seeds.
- For the sauce:
- - 1 onion;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of wine vinegar;
- - ground pepper black and red, ground coriander.

Rinse the leaves of green lettuce, put on a paper towel, leave to dry. Cut the tofu into small pieces. Roll the cubes in potato starch, fry in a pan coated with oil. You can fry without oil and starch, but then you will not get a crisp.

Take the sprouted and peeled sprouts of mash. For salad, they need to be boiled in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, but they can also be added raw to salads - so they turn out to be more crispy, white.

Now prepare the salad dressing. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry chopped onions and chopped garlic until golden brown, then strain the oil, add to soy sauce. Add wine vinegar, ground coriander, black and red pepper, mix thoroughly.

Mix the mung bean sprouts, tofu cheese, lettuce. Pour sauce on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds, mix. A delicious, dietary, light and wholesome salad with masha sprouts and fried tofu is ready.
