You will need
- - canned tuna - 1 can,
- - cabbage (preferably Beijing) - 300 g,
- - carrots -1 pc.,
- - onions - 1 pc.,
- - egg - 2 pcs.,
- - canned corn - 1 can,
- - soy sauce - to taste,
- - vegetable oil.

Mix fish, corn, finely grated carrots, shredded cabbage, chopped eggs, scalded and scalded onions.

Fill with oil. Add soy sauce or low-calorie mayonnaise.

Put in a salad bowl, garnish with black olives halves and parsley sprigs. Salad is ready.
note
There is no salt in the list of necessary products, because soy sauce is used as a dressing. This is a tasty and healthy alternative to regular salt.
Useful advice
Tuna fish contains vital amino acids. It also has a lot of phosphorus and vitamins. Even at some culinary universities in the United States, tuna dishes have been introduced, as a compulsory menu for students to take exams!
