Boil the mushrooms in salted water, remove, let the water drain, and dry the mushrooms. Instead of boiling them, you can lightly fry them in sunflower oil, pre-salt to taste. We lay out the pita bread on the table, generously grease each leaf with mayonnaise.

Rub the eggs on a coarse grater and sprinkle with egg mass the 1st sheet. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle with a cheese mass the 2nd leaf, then we spread finely chopped mushrooms and processed cheese grated on a coarse grater here. Pour and smear the remaining mayonnaise onto this leaf. Expand the crab sticks, lay on the 3rd sheet. Sprinkle all three leaves on top with finely chopped greens.

We turn the first sheet into a roll, put it at the beginning of the second sheet, fold it, then put the folded sheets at the beginning of the third sheet and roll the roll to the end. We leave the finished roll in a cool place for 2 hours, so that it is well saturated with mayonnaise. Cut into slices before serving.

To make cream cheese easy to grate, you should hold it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
