Kefir Pie with Cinnamon and Apples
To make this cake you will need:
- 1 cup of kefir;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- 50 grams of butter;
- half a teaspoon of soda;
- 1.5 cups flour;
- salt on the tip of a knife.
To decorate and fill the dessert, take 2-3 apples, as well as cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste.
It is advisable to use a mixer to whip the ingredients of kefir pie, but if you have enough time, you can do without it.
Gradually add eggs, both types of sugar, salt, melted butter, kefir, soda and sifted flour to the bowl (in this order). Beat them until smooth. Lubricate the medium baking dish and pour half the dough into it, putting apples on top of the sliced slices. Sprinkle all the powdered sugar and cinnamon on top, pour over the remaining dough and smooth the surface. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for forty minutes. Sprinkle the finished dessert with icing sugar and refrigerate.
