You will need

  • - 265 g of flour;

  • - 3 eggs;

  • - 65 ml of olive oil;

  • - 385 g of pickled champignons;

  • - 215 g of ham;

  • - 255 g of cheese;

  • - 185 g of tomatoes in their own juice;

  • - salt, basil.

Mix the flour thoroughly with two beaten eggs and olive oil. Knead the dough and then transfer it to a linen towel, leave for about 45 minutes.

Drain the water from the canned mushrooms, finely chop them and put in a pan with warmed vegetable oil. Peel, wash and chop the onion. Add the chopped onions to the pan to the mushrooms, continue to fry for another 12 minutes.

In a separate pan, fry pre-chopped garlic in a small amount of oil, then add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper to it, mix everything and prepare a tomato sauce. Add a little fresh basil, turn off the heat after about 5 minutes, when the sauce thickens.

Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one half and put the mushroom filling on it. Finely chop the ham, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Transfer ham to mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour a little beaten egg in advance.

Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the filling with this layer, pinch the dough around the edges. Boil until cooked in a large bowl in a small amount of salted water.

Serve the dish by pouring it on top with aromatic tomato sauce.
