Salad "Vegetable Rainbow"

To prepare it, we need:

• Canned corn - 1 can

• Canned beans - 1 can

• Pickled mushrooms - 500 gr

• Cherry tomatoes - 250 gr

• Korean carrot - 100 gr

• Lean mayonnaise - 250 ml

• Salt to taste

Finely chop the mushrooms, drain the liquid from the beans, rinse with boiled water, mix. Drain the water from the corn, add to the salad. Korean carrots cut into small pieces, add to the salad. Salt, season with mayonnaise. Top with halves of cherry tomatoes.

Unusual Salad

Essential Ingredients:

• Avocado -1 pcs

• Orange - 1 pc.

• 1 bunch of lettuce

• Red onion - 1 pc.

• Cherry tomatoes - 1 pc.

• Pitted olives - 1 can

• Apple cider vinegar - 1-2 tsp

• Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l

• French mustard - 1-2 tsp

• Salt to taste

Break lettuce into small pieces. Peel the orange, cut into cubes. Onion cut into half rings. Black olives - in rings. Cut the avocado in half, take out the stone, cut the flesh into cubes. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. Prepare dressing: mix vinegar, oil, mustard and salt. Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing.

Salad "Consolidation"

We will need:

• Carrots - 500 gr

• Onions - 500 gr

• Champignons - 500 gr

• Prunes - 1 cup

• Walnuts - 150 gr

• Lean mayonnaise - 300 gr

• Vegetable oil - 50 gr

• Greens

Pour the prunes with hot water, let it soften, then cut into thin strips. Walnut rolling a rolling pin. So that they stretch themselves. Cut carrots into thin strips. Stew in vegetable oil until golden brown. Chop mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil. Fry onions separately. All cool.

Lay out on a large flat dish in layers: carrots, onions, mushrooms, prunes, walnuts. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it is saturated. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.

Of course, lean mayonnaise can be bought at the store ready, but you can cook it yourself. For this we need:

• 0.5 cups flour, 1.5 cups water, • 8 tbsp vegetable oil

• 1.5 tbsp mustard, 3 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tbsp Sahara.

Grind the flour thoroughly with a small amount of water so that there are no lumps. Pour in the remaining water, put on fire. Stir constantly, bring to a boil. When thickened, remove from heat and cool. Mix oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt, sugar, beat with a mixer for 2 minutes. Continuing to beat, gradually, 1 tbsp. add flour mass. Beat until smooth.
