Pour boiled warm water into the pan, add sugar and yeast, mix the ingredients well and put the container in a warm place. When foam forms in the pan, add salt, flour and pour oil into it, knead the dough and put it in the heat for 1 hour so that it rises.

Cook the buckwheat in salted water, finely chop the onions and fry until transparent. Cut fresh mushrooms and put them in a pan with onions. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated, then combine them with buckwheat. Twist the filling through the meat grinder.

Make small cakes from the dough, put 1 tablespoon in the center of each minced meat and blind patties. Leave the molded products for 30 minutes so that they rise a little. Then grease each pie with strong tea and place the baking sheet with them in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake until golden brown.
