You will need
- • kefir - 400 g
- • butter - 150 g
- • sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- • salt - 0.5 tsp.
- • egg - 2 pcs.
- • flour - 300 g
- • baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Filling:
- • green onions
- • boiled egg - 2 pcs.
- • salt (to taste)
- • pepper (to taste)

Cooking the filling. Rinse green onions and chop finely.
Fry lightly in a skillet. Put on a plate. Salt, pepper, add cubed hard-boiled eggs.

Cooking the dough. You need to beat the eggs with a blender, add sugar and salt, beat well again, melt the butter separately in a cup, add kefir to the resulting mass, then mix the flour with a baking powder and pour into a liquid mixture, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Grease the mold with oil, pour 2/3 of the dough.
Put the filling evenly, pour the remaining dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send our pie. Bake for 20-25 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.
If the cake is ready, then we take it out and let it cool a bit. Cut into pieces and serve. The cake is good and satisfying.
