  • - a tablespoon of powdered sugar

  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Melt butter, sugar, honey on a small fire. Add spices. Cool the syrup to room temperature. Beat eggs thoroughly in a separate bowl. Add them to the syrup.

Gradually adding flour with soda, knead an elastic, soft dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for several hours. Better yet, place the dough in the cold overnight.

Then roll the dough thinly. Cut out cookies of the desired shape. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Make icing. To do this, mix egg white, lemon juice, powdered sugar. Add the latter gradually. The finished glaze by consistency should resemble sour cream.

Fill the confectionery cornet with glaze, decorate the cooled gingerbread cookies.

Having decided to pack the finished gingerbread cookies on paper, do it a couple of hours after preparation - when the glaze is completely dry.

Useful advice

To make a cornet, you need a strip of waxed paper, it will need to be folded in a certain way, and this should make a fist. Start folding it from the middle of the strip. Fill the cornet with glaze, cut the tip to the desired thickness.
