You will need

  • - 250 ml of fresh milk;

  • - 250 ml of low-fat cream;

  • - 100 g of vanilla sugar;

  • - 20 g of gelatin;

  • - 100 g blueberries;

  • - 100 g of fresh raspberries.

Take a large, preferably wide pan, pour cream and milk into it, mix a little. Put on the stove. Warm, but do not boil, constantly stir with a wooden spatula so as not to burn. When the mixture begins to boil, add sugar in small portions and mix. Wait until the sugar has completely dissolved, remove and cool slightly. Pour into a cup and beat with a hand mixer or blender.

Pour gelatin into a glass, pour half of it with cold water and mix a little. Leave on for twenty minutes for the gelatin to swell. Then pour it into the milk mass and mix. Divide the mass into two equal parts.

Rinse and blueberry berries a little, dry and beat in a blender with a little water, each berry separately. Pour into small cups. In a cup with raspberries, add a little vanilla sugar and mix until it is completely dispersed. Let the raspberry sauce stand in the refrigerator for one hour.

Divide gelatin into two parts. In one cup, mix some of the milk, gelatin and blueberries, in another just milk and gelatin. Mix everything separately and let it begin to thicken. Pour in layers into cups or molds and pour over raspberry sauce. Serve fully chilled.
