- - 1 small celery root;

Peel and chop squid rings, salt, pepper and season with dill. Fry the squid in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until white for 1-2 minutes.

Cut the onion, bell peppers and celery into small cubes, combine the vegetables in one bowl, lightly salt.

Rinse lettuce leaves with cold water and place on plates. Put a little vegetable mixture on each leaf, put squid rings next to it and pour a small amount of soy sauce.
Useful advice
To make the squid easily cleaned, first pour boiling water over it, then dip it into ice water. Now gently lift the film and remove it from the carcass, dry the treated squid and dry with a paper towel.
