  • - Starch 2 tbsp. spoons;

Thoroughly wash the chicken breast fillet, wipe with a paper towel. Very finely chopped with a knife or you can chop the fillet in a blender. The size of the pieces is not more than a couple of centimeters. I chose the last method. So much faster. The pieces are homogeneous and medium-sized and the dish itself is even more tender. The main thing is not to get carried away, you need to get slices, not fine-grained minced meat.

Add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of starch, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Salt, pepper to taste. It is better to use freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth. It is advisable to let the meat marinate and for this we put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. But if time is short, then 20-30 minutes are enough.

On a preheated skillet with vegetable oil with a tablespoon, spread the resulting chicken mincemeat like pancakes. The layer thickness is about 1-1.5 cm. Cover with a lid and fry for 1-2 minutes, until it is browned on one side. Then turn on the other side and fry until crust.

Spread the fried meat on a paper towel to stack excess fat. In this dish, you can add crushed or granulated garlic or fresh herbs: basil, dill, parsley to taste. Serve with any side dish.
