You can buy cream cheese pre-seasoned, but it's easy to make yourself. Just soften the cream cheese, letting it stand in a warm room, then mix a combination of any of the ingredients listed below. 2

To spin the meat rolls, lay the meat on a cutting board, put the basil on about 1/4 of one end, and then add all the other ingredients that you want to use on top of the basil leaf.

3

Pour cream cheese along the line. Also note that placing basil leaves upside down on the meat means that they will lie down nicely and are easier to combine with cream cheese.

4

Holding the meat, roll the meat rolls so that the filling is firmly wrapped.

5

Now cut the meat rolls with the filling (each) into 2-5 pieces, about 1-1.5 cm in length. Use a very sharp knife, and wipe the blade between the cuts so that the edges look beautiful and cream cheese does not leak.

Choose a suitable dish size and move the sliced meat rolls onto it. If they begin to unfold, fasten with toothpicks.
