Features of collecting oil

First of all, it is worth deciding on the period of departure to the forest for mushrooms. Edible and healthy oils grow at regular intervals, while false ones appear in a chaotic manner throughout the summer-autumn period.

The first wave of the appearance of healthy mushrooms occurs in early June. Early butterflies grow in small groups in pine forests. These representatives are characterized by small sizes, and such mushrooms are suitable only for the preparation of soups and main dishes.

The second wave of honey mushrooms falls at the end of July. These are already full-sized mushrooms with a pronounced taste and endowed with a large number of useful substances. They can be not only immediately eaten, but also salted for the winter. In the future, if there is a humid and moderately cold autumn, honey mushrooms can be found until the end of October and the first frosts.

For later oils, a bright chocolate hat is characteristic. They grow near clusters of both coniferous and deciduous trees, often at their roots. "Correct" moths grow only in groups of 3-5 or more. Accordingly, another main symptom is an oily to the touch and shiny-looking hat with a regular rounded shape. Otherwise, in order to recognize whether the fungus is poisonous underfoot or useful, it is worthwhile to give a few simple tips regarding the appearance of butter.
