- - a can of condensed milk with sugar

- - icing sugar for dusting

For the test, mix eggs with condensed milk, add salt and baking powder. Then slowly pour in the flour, but at the same time stirring quickly.

To fill the lemon with sugar, pass through a meat grinder or chop them in a blender.

Before baking, put parchment paper so that its edges hang slightly, and then grease it with oil.

Pour the dough evenly on a baking sheet and place it in the oven for 7-8 minutes at 200 ° C to make a light golden crust.

Pull out the finished dough and immediately, while the layer is still hot, grease it with lemon filling and begin to gently roll it using paper into a roll. After that, let the finished roll cool down.
