Kurd is stored for a long time if sterilized cans are stored under hot steam. You can spread it on bread, cook pies with it and much more.

  • - 5 egg yolks;

Rinse the fruits of passion fruit, cut each fruit in half, remove the contents with a spoon, wipe through a sieve. Add a third of the remaining seeds from the pulp in mashed potatoes - they will be very nice to crunch, but putting them a lot is not recommended.

Take large chicken eggs at room temperature, separate the yolks from the proteins. Squirrels are not required here, you can use them when cooking some dessert.

Mix the yolks with sugar and mashed fruit. Heat the mixture over medium heat. The yolks should begin to lighten and thicken. Stir the mixture with a whisk, cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the cream from the stove, add butter to it, whisk. Remove the prepared Kurd from the passion fruit in the refrigerator so that the cream solidifies. From the specified number of ingredients, one glass of the finished product is obtained.
