400 g canned corn, 2 eggplant, 2 zucchini, 300 g tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 6 eggs, 500 ml of milk, 2 - 3 tablespoons of flour, 5 tablespoons of sesame, 200 g of feta cheese, vegetable oil, soy sauce, mixture spicy herbs.

Cut zucchini and eggplant into thin strips, tomatoes into small slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Drain the brine from the corn.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, put chopped garlic in it, fry. Then take turns adding eggplant, zucchini and corn. Constantly stirring to fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and spices to taste at the end.

Beat eggs in foam, add milk, flour and sesame. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bake thin pancakes. Until they cooled down, sprinkle them with crumbled feta cheese to melt it.
