- Based on a 4 liter pan:
- - pumpkin - 2-2.5 kg,
- - 4 large potatoes,
- - 2 medium carrots,
- - 2 onions,
- - garlic - 2 cloves,
- - spices (basil, parsley, dill, bay leaf, black pepper, churkum, spices for first courses),
- - sunflower salad oil - 6-8 tbsp. l.,
- - 1 tbsp. l salt.

Peel the pumpkin and seeds, cut into 3x3 cubes, lower into boiling water, add 2 bay leaves, salt, cook until tender. To get the ready pumpkin with a slotted spoon, mashed in a puree and put in another soup pan. Pour the broth in the puree, adjusting the density. There, chop the potatoes, cook until the potatoes are ready.

In sunflower oil not refined, fry the garlic passed through a press until golden brown. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and add to the garlic along with the spices. Add the frying to the soup and cook for a few more minutes.

Croutons: cut a white loaf into cubes 1 by 1 cm, pour 2 tbsp into a hot pan. l oil and fry until golden brown. You can make this soup on chicken stock. Fried croutons in butter and added 2 tablespoons of sour cream to a plate.
Useful advice
Soup requires quite a lot of time to prepare it, but the result is worth it. I usually cook a large pot, but the taste and aroma of the soup does not change the next day. So you can warm up without problems.
