Delicious beef liver patties

When fried, beef liver, unfortunately, is usually slightly harsh. Therefore, eggs in mincemeat when cooking cutlets from it are most often not added. But onions in a twisted mass, on the contrary, try to put more.

What products will be needed:

  • beef liver - 250 g;

  • onion-turnip - 1 large head;

  • flour - 3 tbsp / l;

  • garlic - 1 clove;

  • pepper, salt, frying oil.

To make the ready-made meatballs more juicy, you can also add a little lard to the mince. Garlic, on the contrary, is allowed not to be used. Soak beef liver before cooking, usually in water for half an hour.

Recipe

Rinse the soaked liver and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into 4 parts, sort the garlic into prongs.

Pass the vegetables and liver through a meat grinder. Pour salt, a little pepper, flour into the minced meat and mix well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spread the patties with a spoon and quickly fry them on both sides until cooked.

Chicken liver cutlets

Chicken liver, like beef, is usually soaked just in cold water for half an hour. If the product was obtained from young chickens or chickens, you can even do without this procedure.

Cod liver cutlets

Such cutlets are usually served with mashed potatoes.

What is needed:

  • potatoes - 2 pcs;

  • semolina - 100 g;

  • eggs - 1 pc;

  • cod liver - 1 can;

  • salt, oil.

Cooking technology in stages

Wash the potatoes, boil in a peel and peel. Also boil a hard-boiled egg. Put the potatoes in a bowl and mash in mashed potatoes.

Liver steam cutlets

Ingredients:

  • beef liver - 400 g;

  • eggs, carrots and onion turnips - 1 pc.

  • semolina - 5 g;

  • salt, pepper, oil.

You can cook such a dish both in a double boiler and in a slow cooker. Since the mince from the liver turns out to be quite liquid, steam cutlets are best done in silicone cupcake tins.
