- For custard:
- - 1 packet of custard vanilla cream;
- - 170 g butter;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cognac;
- - Strawberry.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add a dry mixture of jelly, sour cream, softened butter. Bring the mass to homogeneity, introduce flour, baking powder.

Put paper capsules in the cupcake pan and fill in 1/3 of the dough. Bake cupcakes for 10-15 minutes at 160 degrees. Cool the finished cupcakes.

Take a packet of custard vanilla cream, prepare the cream according to the instructions. Cover with a film, cool to room temperature.

Whip the butter for the cream, gradually introduce into the finished cream. At the end of whipping, add a spoonful of cognac. The cream should be homogeneous and gentle, the structure should be stable.

Decorate the prepared cupcakes with cream (you can use a pastry syringe), fresh strawberries. If desired, soak in alcohol or sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
