Looking at Chinese skinny people, many think that they largely limit themselves. But this is not at all true. Chinese women have excellent appetite and eat fully, just follow a few rules.
1. Beautiful decoration. The Chinese are sure that food must be beautiful, it helps to better assimilate it.

2. Peace and quiet. Eat in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Avoid talking, arguing, watching TV for food. Eat with concentration, think about pleasant things. Positive emotions contribute to fast saturation.
3. Chewing is better than talking. Chew every bite well, so it will be much easier for the body to digest food. Otherwise, everything that is not processed will be deposited in adipose tissue.
4. Cook, but do not fry. Give preference to steamed dishes, boiled or baked without oil.
5. Menu in numbers. When compiling a diet, the ratio 50/30/10/10 should be used. This means that your daily menu should consist of 50% cereals and cereals, 30% vegetables and fruits (ideally local and not exotic), 10% fish and seafood, 10% milk, sour-milk products, nuts and greens.
