Selyansky potatoes are ideal for a family dinner. It is cooked in the oven, sprinkled with a green onion, makes an excellent tandem with garlic sauce, the recipe of which is also attached.

You will need
- For potatoes in a peasant style:
- - 8 potatoes;
- - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - a bunch of green onions;
- - basil;
- - seasoning for grill or potato.
- For garlic sauce:
- - 150 ml of sour cream;
- - 7 cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of dill;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise;
- - salt.
Instruction manual

Rinse the potatoes. Wash very thoroughly using a brush. The peel must be very clean. Cut each potato into 4 parts.

Put the prepared potatoes in a bowl. Pour in oil, mix. Add a universal seasoning for potatoes or grill. Stir again.

Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet.

Put the potatoes peeled down on top. Place the pan in the oven. Cook for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Make garlic sauce. To do this, chop the dill. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, mix.

Chop green onions. If you don’t like basil, you can don’t sprinkle them with potatoes.

Sprinkle the cooked hot potatoes immediately with onions and basil. Put on a dish, pour with garlic sauce or serve it separately in a gravy boat.
