Clean and gut the carp, remove all the insides, remove the gills, but do not remove the head. Wash and dry the fish carcass with paper towels or paper towels.

Combine the spices - salt, pepper, caraway seeds, nutmeg - in a shallow bowl and rub the fish inside and out and leave them to marinate for half an hour.

Peel and wash the vegetables, chop the onions, tomatoes, lemon into half rings, chop the greens finely. Put raw tomatoes and onions, a few slices of lemon inside the carp. On the upper side of the fish, make several diagonal cuts and place a slice of lemon in them, sprinkle with a little dill.

Wrap the carp in foil, place in a baking dish and send to a sufficiently preheated oven. After 30 minutes of baking, unfold the foil and cook for another 15 minutes to form a golden crust.
